When you make a purchase from this shop, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

• The product you are purchasing is a preorder item and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Estimated shipping time is December of 2023. However, please note that there may be delays. Any delays will be addressed by the moderators through the zine's twitter and tumblr. 
• You are purchasing an unofficial, fanmade product. All characters and locations featured belong to Disney and Square Enix. 
• Distribution of digital merchandise is not allowed. 
• Shipping within the USA: 
• Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive between 2 and 10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, please note that there may be delays. 
• International Shipping: 
• Once shipped, most international orders will take between 2-12 weeks to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. The seller is not liable for any delays that happen once the package has shipped from the USA. 
• The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees required by their country. Please note that there may be delays. 
• Interested UK buyers should refer to the zine’s twitter or tumblr accounts for further information.
• To ensure international orders are sent to the right address, we ask all international buyers to provide their address using the English alphabet. 
• We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Soloman Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkemnistan, Yemen.

Return and Exchange Policies 

• Once your package has been shipped out, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. 
• We will not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. 
• We will not issue a replacement or refund if an order is shipped to the wrong address. Please ensure your address is correct before your order has shipped. 
• We will issue a partial refund if the contents of an order are damaged and proof is provided. You must contact us via email within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your purchase. 
• An order is eligible for a refund if you request a refund via email within fourteen (14) calendar days and the contents of the order are in the same condition as you received them. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
• We do not take exchanges. 
• If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for all costs associated with sending the package again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order. 
• If your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient or incorrect address, we will charge a fee to resend the package. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. If you would not like your package sent back, we will charge a restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total. 
• The moderators of this project reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these terms.
